  1. Soak 9-10 kernels of almonds in water overnight. Eat in the morning and drink cow’s milk from above. This will increase the light of the eyes
  2. If it is blurred, then mix ground black pepper and rock salt in orange juice and drink it in the morning and evening. Using this for 3 months will be beneficial.
  3. After soaking Triphala powder in water, filtering it in the morning and washing the eyes with that water, the eyesight increases.
  4. Mixing a quarter cup of spinach or amaranth juice in 1 cup of carrot juice and consuming it during sunrise and sunset increases the eyesight.
