Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dr. Raghav Thukral provides consultations for healthcare and lifestyle issues. No physical products are sold or exchanged through this website. Fees are charged for time and professional expertise, which cannot be returned once provided.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the services, no refund is provided under any circumstances once payment has been made. Please set your expectations before joining, and ask any questions about a program before you begin.

If you interrupt or stop an ongoing program for any reason — such as a change of mind, pregnancy, illness or travel — no refund will be granted.

Cancellations

Once payment has been made, programs and consultations cannot be cancelled. Where available, the pause/hold facility on 6- and 12-month programs may be used instead; please speak with the clinic in advance.

Rescheduling appointments

If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, please inform the clinic as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.
