Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
We respect your privacy. Publishing, selling or renting your personal information to any third party without your consent is against our ethics. This policy explains what information Dr. Raghav Thukral (“we”, “us”) collects through www.raghavthukral.com and in the course of consultations, and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Enquiries: when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, city, program of interest and any health information you choose to share. The booking form on this website does not store or email your details: it prepares a WhatsApp message that you review and send yourself, and that message is handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Consultations: to prepare a personalised plan we may record your medical history, reports, medicines, measurements and lifestyle details.
- Technical data: like most websites, our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to keep the site secure and diagnose problems.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule consultations.
- To prepare, deliver and follow up on your diet and lifestyle plan.
- To maintain the security and performance of the website.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Health information is treated as confidential. Only people who need it to provide your care can access it.
Sharing of information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when you ask us to (for example, with your treating doctor), with service providers who help us operate (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality, or when required by law.
Website analytics
To understand how visitors use this website and improve it, we use two analytics services:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures visits, pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and which pages lead to enquiries.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) shows aggregated heatmaps and anonymised session recordings — where people click and scroll — so we can find parts of the site that are confusing.
We count clicks on the WhatsApp, call and email links and submissions of the booking form as “enquiries”. We never send the contents of the booking form, your name, phone number or health details to these services, and the booking form is masked in Clarity recordings.
Your choice: when you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept — or if you decline — both services run in a cookieless mode that does not store identifiers on your device. You can change your choice at any time: analytics settings. You can also block these services with browser privacy settings or extensions. Read Google’s privacy policy and the Microsoft privacy statement.
Cookies and third-party services
We do not use advertising cookies. Apart from the analytics described above, some pages load third-party services — Google Fonts for typography and an embedded Google Map on the contact page — which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their privacy policies. Links to social networks (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) are governed by those platforms’ policies once you leave our site.
Security and retention
We use reasonable physical, electronic and managerial safeguards to protect your information. We keep consultation records only as long as needed to provide care and meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future communication, by emailing thukral.raghav@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.
