Food is a pleasure. It is difficult to control oneself and make a healthy choice even for one meal when you have so many mouth-watering options around you. But always try to ask why do we eat and what do we get from the food that’s in front of us? Do we feel energetic or sluggish after eating? Are we able to function well, feel good and sleep well?
Weight gain can be reversed at any stage of one’s life.
- Be patient and learn to relax.
- Practice mindful eating.
- Remain focused on overall health and well-being, not just weight alone.
If one remains in good health and feels beautiful from within, one becomes beautiful.
