It’s all about having a regular routine and being disciplined. Earlier, He used to love eating unhealthy fast food and street food or routinely order food from outside. Now, he says big NO to those. So it is all about how dedicated you are to the goal in front of you and putting in hard work from Day 01. “It will not happen in a day but will happen someday”.
