Kanavdeep Singh, Age 13+

42kg weight loss and 6inch height gain, Recovered from Hormonal imbalance and sedentary life style.
~Dr. Raghav Thukral

Kanavdeep joined us at 112kg body weight, due to wrong eating habits, late night binge watching and hormonal imbalance at such a young age.

The combination of yoga and diet allowed him to lose 42 kg of weight, gain 6.3″ of height, and have more energy than ever before. Feeling better than ever, no inferiority complex, and a more enjoyable lifestyle.

Once you start to observe changes in yourself, feel fresher, you’ll never want to go back to your older, lethargic self.

That’s all the motivation one needs while trying to lose weight.

It’s all about having a regular routine and being disciplined. Earlier, He used to love eating unhealthy fast food and street food or routinely order food from outside. Now, he says big NO to those. So it is all about how dedicated you are to the goal in front of you and putting in hard work from Day 01. “It will not happen in a day but will happen someday”.

You need to have patience, as one cannot lose all the extra weight in a few days, nothing really happens overnight so believe in your efforts. Losing weight and becoming fitter makes you fitter, energetic and more confident towards life.
