Guljinder Singh

Today, I want to share the inspiring story of Guljinder Singh, a determined young man from a humble farming background. His father is a farmer, and Guljinder himself is a doctor by profession. He completed his doctorate from the University of Auckland, New Zealand. But behind this success was a silent struggle with his health that almost shattered his dreams.
A Challenging Journey with IBS-C and SIBO
Guljinder came to me in 2024 with a serious digestive disorder — IBS-C (Irritable Bowel Syndrome – Constipation type). His condition was on the verge of becoming IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). To make things worse, he also had SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), which is a buildup of harmful bacteria in the small intestine.
Not only was his gut in bad shape, but his mental health was deeply affected too. The stress and depression he experienced were so intense that he thought of quitting his studies. He had tried everything — laxatives, syrups like Digene, DSA — but nothing worked. His gut just wouldn’t heal.
A New Chapter of Healing
When Guljinder came to me, we began a customised treatment plan that included dietary changes, Ayurvedic support, and natural gut-balancing strategies. It was not an overnight miracle. But with consistent care and the right approach, his health gradually improved.
Today, Guljinder is completely healthy. His weight has increased, his digestion is normal, and there’s no more pain, bloating, or irregularity. He has bounced back stronger — physically and mentally.
In Guljinder’s Own Words:
Yes, I was suffering from constipation for the last two years. A doctor in New Zealand advised more fiber and gave laxatives, but I saw no improvement. I returned to India and consulted many doctors, took more medicines, but still got no relief. Then I met Dr. Raghav Thukral. He treated me very well. Today I’m completely fine — my motions are regular, I’m gaining weight, and I feel absolutely normal. Thank you so much.”
