To reduce Obesity using Home Remedies

  1. Mix half a gram of black pepper powder and a little honey in 3 teaspoons of lemon juice and drink it for 3-6 months.
  2. Eat two tomatoes daily with breakfast. It lowers your calorie intake.
  3. Eat 10-12 curry leaves every morning for 3-6 months. It helps in melting fat.
  4. Fill 10 to 20 grams of old sugarcane vinegar with water and pour it in a glass and drink it by stirring it with a spoon. By drinking it daily and for a month, obesity will start reducing. By drinking continuously for 6 months, the body will become fit, slim, fast.
