Joint Pain

  1. Cook celery by putting it in water. Give the steam of that water on the painful area. OR Ajwain oil massage provides relief in joint pain.
  2. Make a powder by roasting 100 grams of fenugreek seeds. Grind 50 grams dry ginger, 25 grams turmeric, 250 grams sugar candy and fill it in a bottle. Take one spoon in the morning and evening with milk.
  3. By applying grinding garlic, the pain of every part of the body would go away. But do not keep it for a long time, otherwise there will be a fear of getting blisters.
  4. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and put it in sesame oil, heat the oil, and massage the joints.
