Menstrual Pain Remedies

  1. Drinking hot water is best for all problems related to menstruation. Start drinking hot water 10 days before menstruation starts.
  2. To avoid pain, soak 8-10 almonds in water overnight. Take out the peel in the morning and consume it on an empty stomach.
  3. Mix 3 grams crushed ginger, 3 black pepper and 1 big cardamom, black tea and milk and water together and cook it well. Remove when half the water remains. Drink it lukewarm only. Menstrual pain will be relieved.
