If you have arthritis, consult your healthcare provider before trying any new remedies. Here are some home remedies that may be helpful:

  • An arthritis patient should never undergo an operation. Look at former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. His pain has increased after the operation.
  • Arthritis patients can eat 2 grams of lime in a day, and a healthy person can eat only 1 gram of lime, with curd, buttermilk, or mixed with water.
  • Soak fenugreek seeds in hot water at night, drink the water as soon as you wake up in the morning, and eat after chewing fenugreek seeds.
  • Mixing cow’s ghee in cow’s milk and adding a little Harar should always be given in the evening.
  • Grind fenugreek + turmeric + dry ginger in equal quantity and make powder and take 1 teaspoon every morning on an empty stomach for at least one and a half to two months.
  • The most alkaline is the leaves of the Haar Shringar tree or Parijat tree, grind 5 to 7 leaves on a stone and make a sauce, and boil it in 1 glass of water until it becomes half a glass of water. After that, drink it like tea every morning on an empty stomach, 1 hour before eating anything. You will start getting relief from the disease in 15–20 days. In the case of both arthritis (osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis), 20-20 years old arthritis pain is cured by this. Make it at night, give it in the morning for 3 months. In the case of taking leaves for necklaces, neither lime nor fenugreek seeds should be taken.
